Great idea, not yet perfect execution.

I really love the idea for this bike.
I had been thinking "why doesn't a product like this exist" - and then I saw this and immediately purchased it.

Unfortunate the first one I received was faulty, but I eventually got a replacement and that works fine.

The problem for me is that the experience of using it just isn't quite what it should be.

When I'm cycling the attachment of the main unit to the frame creaks, and so you are followed by an irritating noise the entire time - when something silent would be much better for a working environment.

Additionally, the power transfer isn't smooth.
The resistance when you have a device plugged into charge varies quickly, and suddenly you find yourself "stalled" and having to push like you are cycling up the steepest of hills.

Again, I think the idea here is great.
But, certainly for my machine, the build quality and usability is not quite there.

I rather wish I had just purchased a much cheaper, quiet, device without the charging.

Excellent Office Bike

I purchased this bike for my home office. The bike was very easy to assemble and was packaged well for shipping. Additionally, the app to setup was easy. The only hang up was updating,; but once it updated, it has worked great. I love how this bike works so seamlessly under a desk and I can sit comfortably. The bike is very quiet and I can focus on my work. It’s a wonderful addition to my office and will help me get extra activity in my sedentary job.

Great Office Bike

The bike is very quiet and is pleasant to ride on. I have quite a few hours on it now and it gets lots of compliments from my co-workers. My only complaint is that it disconnects rather quickly after you stop pedaling. I wish there was a super capacitor onboard to keep the Bluetooth connection going for a minute or two if you have to pause for some reason.
